What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Working in a team and an environment that I enjoy. The work is challenging but attainable and varied.
Sometimes it is hard to get the work/life balance correct especially with exams that have been studied for in your own time. You feel like you are always working, however it is always in the back of your head that it will be worth it in the end.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just go for it. Until you send that initial application you have no chance of getting hired. I think be honest at all times and never think you are not good enough. Even if you don't necessarily meet the specification exactly, if you are still right for the role they will look into you further. Never think you are not good enough!
Do you have any interview tips?
Again be super prepared and do lots of research on the industry and company beforehand. Make sure you highlight your strengths and what sets you apart from other candidates. Come across friendly and willing to give your all, for the role. Again be honest at all times and even if you do not get the role, look upon the interview process as a good experience and it does not cost you anything to try.
