What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
There is a lot of flexibility to work/life balance so I can work more hours one day to have less on others. Mental health is a massive part of the company and is taken very seriously.
Also every person that I have met so far has been very welcoming provided me with the best support for my journey.
Worst
The company is very busy right now with shifts in systems so work can be hard to source as people don't have time but something will always come to at the right time.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure your CV is updated to have all of the most recent job ventures and educational history on it. Make it relevant to your role. For this particular role, brush up on math skills as there are a few tests.
