What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The challenging nature is good, testing oneself is important to your personal growth and sense of achievement. The people are also a very important part of an office environment and my colleagues are good people.
Worst
Certain systems I have to work with are frustrating to use and are not user friendly. A lot of tasks are time sensitive and can cause stress. As an apprentice it is a very slow start and the workload took time to build up.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Tune your CV to the industry you wish to enter. It's no good having a standard CV that you send out to multiple different companies you need to adjust it slightly for each application.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest, I was very honest in my interview. As it's an apprenticeship it's not about what you know, it's about your personality and fitting in within the working environment.
