What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
It is a very sociable role and there is lots to learn and get involved in. There is also so many different things within the role that I didn't realise was part of Health and Safety.
Worst
It can become stressful as we focus so much on making the workplace safe, when something goes wrong we have to investigate it fully like why this happened, what we could of done to prevent this, how we will change this in the future so it doesn't happen again, was this person trained and following the correct procedure - if no the why?
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply straight away don't hesitate. Let the company know you have applied and email them to get to know them. This will make you seem eager for a role and will make you stand out.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confidence, remember to be yourself we are all still human its ok to ask for them to repeat a question or to not understand a question. Before you go in think of some achievements you have made in your life and times you felt proud of yourself, I got asked questions on this.
