Best
The team that I work with! Having colleagues that you get along with but also work great with together is the best part of my job.
Worst
There is nothing that I would class as the 'worst' thing about my job - which is great!

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest and yourself!
There is nothing worse than trying to be someone you're not. Employers want to know the person that will work for them, not the person you think they want.
Do you have any interview tips?
Come prepared - do some research on the company (history and future plans are great starting points!). Make sure to have a relevant question or two ready to ask the interviewer at the end - it sparks conversation and also shows that you want to be there, rather than 'have to' be there.
