Good team and clear progressions. Good support with apprentice and supportive people managers.
Supportive seniors on Jobs to help train you up
Worst
Sometimes unclear training on work specific unless booked onto jobs . During quiet seasons there isn't as much work to progress with and be booked onto however this is improving.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
