What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing about my current role is the exposure to experienced individuals and being able to learn from them. Working closely with people who have been in this industry for decades has proven to be the best way to grow in my role, my experience and knowledge within my field.
Worst
The worst thing about my role is unrelated to my company and more related to my learning provider as an apprentice. I feel as if I could progress through my course in a more thorough manner and have found that the learning through work within my company has been more beneficial that the course.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When applying a key point of focus of mine was trying to stand out, express yourself and interests whether they are applicable or not- being individual and showing drive in other areas of your life really demonstrates your character and worth ethic.
Do you have any interview tips?
Similarly to application advice, showing individuality and personal drive in your interests really shows to the interviewer what kind of work ethic and self driven ability you hold.
