What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
To learn and utilise new skills, knowledge and behaviours into an array of scenarios with different people and machinery. The satisfaction of completing a job successfully and seeing that line/machine running smoothly is such a great feeling!
Worst
Some jobs may be mundane and can get stressful when fault finding doesn't end up working, but this is all part of learning and once you complete it once, you can do it again. Always ask questions if you are unsure, no question is a stupid question.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be really honest and note what your interests are within the Sector. State all relevant qualifications and a lot about your personality as this job requires great communication.
Do you have any interview tips?
You don't need to know anything on day one, be enthusiastic and answer questions truthfully regarding the role. Show as much interest and initiative as possible. Personally, I was asked about previous experiences with practical work and if I enjoy learning about how things work.
