What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

ensure that you have support form family and in my case school. stay organised with all the documents you have to sign. always check your emails to ensure you haven't missed anything. If you have a question or are confused make sure you ask someone don't be afraid to email back with concerns.

Do you have any interview tips?

If you are feeling nervous talk to someone ask if they can walk/drive with you or call them. look professional with your outfit. make sure you are polite.
when in your interview if you start to get nervous and feel your mask slipping or it has gotten very quite- lighten the mood with a professional joke or turn answer with a more light felt joke- shows employers your true side (e.g., in my interview i was asked what interested me for the position and the pay i replied with "i would have said pay but i didn't want to come across as cheeky" got a laugh out of the head of technical

make sure you don't play with jewellery and hands. its something i do all the time as a stem for my anxiety. i made sure that i didn't wear jewellery and kept my hands above the table at all times to ensure that the employers didn't think i was nervous
