What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

A lot of things to learn. Every day there is something new. Since I am in an engineering role. I have an opportunity to travel to customers site's, have insights into the industry a lot of great emotions and experiences

Worst

Not many negative to be honest. Since I am doing a part-time degree the only hard bit is combing the commitment to work and university. I believe it will become better since I am developing time-management skills

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself. Schneider Electric is a great company to work for. They are open to everyone who desires to change the world. This is a truly global company that welcomes diversity and empowers bold ideas.

Do you have any interview tips?

Generally was asked about my aspiration and why I applied for this role. The interview experience was the best I had. They did Not intimidate and we had a great conversation with few jokes on the side. Make sure you show your passion to do things you like and how that benefits the role you applying for.
