Application Advice:

Be yourself. The people interviewing are really interested in your personality so don't try to be too professional. If you're genuinely interested in Market Research then let that shine through because it counts for a lot.

Interview Advice:

The assessment day is tough and there are lots of different aspects to it. The interview is only part of this and they really really want to find out what type of person you are, there's no need to show off or put on a front because they'll keep grilling you with questions until that barrier is down!
