Freedom to manage your workload and get involved in an array of projects.
If you want to get involved in a particular piece of work and there is an opportunity the firm will allow you.
Worst
The work/life balance can sometimes be harsh. However, it is in many careers, especially early on.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself. Don't write what you think employers want you to write, put down what you actually believe and what you are actually about.
Qualifications aren't everything.

Once again be yourself and try to remain calm.
The toughest question i found where related to competencies. Where have you shown good leadership etc.. Prepare mock answers to these that you can mould to the actual questions asked.
