What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, and show you're a good team player. If you can demonstrate you are able to effectively communicate with others in your team, then thats a good starting point. You don't necessarily have to have all the skills already there, as they don't expect this and you will get all the training you need. Be prepared to work throughout the UK - you may not end up on a project 5 minutes from home.
