What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself and demonstrate why you are genuinely interested in the role. It's a good working environment but there's plenty to do. So show your confidence.

Do you have any interview tips?

Prep, always prep. It was the only interview I'd had in a month where I wasn't asked about 'my five-year plan' or other vague useless questions. Instead, questions focus on the work and your past experience, which is useful. So prep!
