The people - they're great, friendly and easy to work with
The Moral Compass of the company - they support causes I believe in (especially Women in STEM)

Sometimes work/life balance can be difficult due to the large to-do list each week and a small internal L&D team

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest, be you. The company employs people, not machines. You can code? Great, that's a foot in the door, but can you communicate efficiently with team members?

Show your strengths and address your weaknesses and how you manage them or go about improving yourself.
