Each role involves quite a lot of mathematical and technical work so they like to hire people with finance/engineering/maths backgrounds.
Do you have any interview tips?
Why fixed income specifically (and not equities). The interviews are centred around the bond trade idea you write in the online application so know this inside out. They also tell you to look at balance sheets of different companies and guess which industry they come from.
