What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to gather as much information as possible about the roles of each of the departments and the teams within them. JLR is a large organisation and similar roles are available across the different departments, it all depends on what business activities you want to apply yourself to, as to which department/team would suit you best.

Do you have any interview tips?

The process is fairly standard and starts with some online psychometric and situational judgement assessments. Once you reach the actual interview stage, it's an assessment day (half day in reality) that you attend as part of a group. If you've got to this stage things are probably looking pretty good, so try to relax. What is being assessed here is how you work with others and whether you meet the JLR business behaviours (you can look these up). It consisted of a group task and individual presentation about a project, and an individual interview.
