What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Consider your versatility and flexibility as you will be moving around the country or perhaps internationally every 6 months. The more willingness to change, the more opportunities you can surround yourself with.
Do you have any interview tips?
I would say two really important things here are to read up on the company's strategy and vision from the published financial reports. Secondly, and probably most importantly, be yourself! If you are not yourself, a) they will be able to identify that and b) you will struggle to really fit the Merlin culture if it doesn't come naturally.
