The other graduates around, the support system and networking is great. The team I work in is so knowledgeable and is keen to share their knowledge.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The tests are really important, take your time, do practice ones. If you get the roll you get the tests back and the report which is an interesting read. Sometimes it feels like the tests are of no use, it's interesting to see the results and how they can help you.

Do you have any interview tips?

There was an assessment centre, the interview was only one part of the day. Answer in the 'SMART' methodology, be open and don't be afraid to show your personality.
