What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Flexibility, lots of variety, fun/ interesting, challenging, rewarding, fast paced at times, managed expectations.
Worst
Little to no support on long term projects. Seem to operate in a black box often; i.e. no recognition and at times little guidance. Any career growth will need to be justified and pushed from our department.

Must have a strong scientific background and a history of functioning self-sufficiently as far as managing responsibilities and initiating necessary projects.
