What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best part of the VMO2 Finance Graduate Scheme is the level of responsibility and exposure you get early on in your career. Even as a graduate, you are trusted with real work that impacts the business, whether that is supporting month-end processes, analysing costs, building reports, or presenting insights to stakeholders.

Worst

The most challenging part can be balancing full-time work with professional exams and study commitments. There can be busy periods, especially around month-end or reporting deadlines, where managing workload alongside CIMA revision requires strong organisation and time management.
