What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself... easy to say? That's what I was thinking originally but during the application process, both interview and assessment centre, the interviewer and assessors were always friendly and weren't trying to trick anyone. The interview on both days was more conversational rather than simply question, answer, next question done! This just made me relax and talk more about my experiences and be myself
