What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I really enjoy working with different clients as their needs are different. No two days are the same and the challenges keep you on your toes.

Worst

Bench time, you can sometimes have to wait to be put on a new project which means you have to spend a lot of time on the bench trying to find work and also training.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £39,000 - £41,000

Start: 09:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Really research the company values and the ways in which it works. Have a look at what differentiates Capgemini from other consultancy/IT companies. Take a look at core values as they really are implemented throughout the company.

Do you have any interview tips?

Arrive on time, at this stage they already know you well enough so what is important is how well you communicate and work with people. The loudest person does not get the job, it's all about how you collaborate. Have your presentation ready, you will be given two weeks prior to have prepared for it. Also question us at the end, most the people in the room are not just recruiters they are consultants with experience.
