What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The rotations around the various departments allow one to experience the different departments/stages of the development process. This also allows one to build a network across the company.
Additionally the company offers a huge amount of training that can be taken advantage of.

Worst

At the end of the scheme there is a lot of competition as to which department you will end up in.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Answer the questions honestly as they are likely to be brought up in interview. Assessment centre is very full on, and involves some unusual but interesting tasks.

Do you have any interview tips?

Important to know about the company and the business as a whole. Some technical questions were asked, however the interview was more relaxed than other interviews from other house builders.
