What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Merlin is driven by its people, show who you are and what motivates you! I'm not sure there are many companies that encourage you to really embrace who you are and to channel that passion into your projects.

Have tangible results, examples and case studies to talk about. It's great to talk the talk, but prove you can walk the walk and back up your claims & experience with evidence of your genuine contribution.
Cut through the waffle and have your answers down to a tee, succinct and sharply summarising what you bring to the table.
