Best
Colleagues and people - everyone is so nice and relaxed and there is a really good atmosphere.
Worst
Easy to get lost in large projects where management are so busy that they lose track of what you're doing.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make your CV stand out! (Not by having like incredible grades) - something out of the box that you do in your spare time or at Uni. Having read loads of incoming CVs with straight 80%s everywhere, it's the interesting other stuff that gets the attention!
Do you have any interview tips?
Know your structures, and be prepared to answer rogue structural questions in the interview. Also be prepared for all the standard strength based stuff as well.
