What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Very chill work environment, not pushed too hard like in other companies.
Worst
Pretty average salary with disappointing extra benefits compared to other companies (no starting bonus or other incentives). The company has a annual bonus they give to all staff which new starters aren't eligible for in first year which can present a lack of incentive when other companies have £1-2k starting bonuses.
