What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The flexibility of when and where I work is great, I live 5 minute walk away so I can come to the office for half a day and then work from home for the other half. Everyone in my team and that I have met in the office has been really nice and wanted to get to know me no matter what department they are from.
Worst
I have heard from colleagues that have been with the company longer they don't know if they can progress further without getting chartered.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Try to focus on your passions and what you want to achieve if successful, there is a culture of wanting employees to use their job to improve the world and be passionate about what they do.
Do you have any interview tips?
Similarly there was a lot about who you are as a person and your aims. Lot more questions about how I work rather than technical skills I possessed, I was asked how I would feel about challenging authority, asked how I would explain something new to someone with no idea about it and then asked to explain something to the interviewers.
