What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I think it is important to show/indicate that you know about projects that Motts is currently doing. If you can somehow incorporate this into the answers to some of the questions I think this will be good.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview was laid back and was a more like a chat with two of the senior members of staff and they only asked me one technical questions relating to portal frames and their bending moments.
