Learn the JLR competencies available on the careers website, and have pre-prepared examples of where you have demonstrated these in a range of previous work experience, shcool, hobbies etc. At interview, if there is a group work section, make sure that you make yourself heard and offer up an opinion based on both the information given but also be confident to bring up information you may have learnt about the company in your prep.
It is also important to listen to the other members of the group. Identify someone in the group who has not spoken much, and ask them directly for their opinion to give them a platform to speak. Also, don't be afraid to change your initial opinion if other members of the group argue an alternative well. It is better to be willing to change your mind based on the opinions of those in your team, than to stubbornly stand by your initial opinion. There will be no right or wrong answer, you will need to find the best compromise as a team.
