Some managers in the company are inconsiderate about personal time outside of work
Sometime there is a lot of testing which needs to be done

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Understanding of injection moulding and plastics is important. This company loves hands on prototyping so previous work demonstrating that would be good.

Do you have any interview tips?

Questions will be asked about how you would deal with certain problems, they are not necessarily wanting a direct answer about the experience you have dealing with problems but more your mindset and thought process when tackling difficulties in your work. They also want to see that you are a bit tough skinned and can manage stress levels and deadlines. If you are asked a questions which you don't know the answer to still try to answer it because they want to see your thought process.
