What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You need to be willing to travel and be a self starter. Although there is a lot of support available you will not be spoon-fed so you need to have the drive to find things out for yourself. By doing this you will stand out from the crowd and your practicality will also be rewarded and recognised.
