Best

There are so many opportunities within Anglian Water to develop your career and broaden your experience, both within and beyond your role. The company recognises that the secret to it's success is it's people, and this is reflected in the people that you end up working with. There is a reason that people who join Anglian Water tend to stay!

Worst

Being such a big company can mean that the communication and awareness of what different teams are doing is not always as good as it could be.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. The interview process is not designed to catch you out, just to get to know the real you and if you are the sort of person that will fit our culture and align with our values. The assessment centre I attended was really relaxed. We arrived the night before so that we could all have dinner and few drinks together to get to know the other applicants (and assessors) in a more relaxed environment. The actual assessment day contained a number of activities including standard style interviews, group tasks and a presentation.
