What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

The opportunity to see different aspects of the company from the inside - The graduate programme consists of multiple placements of between 3-6 months across the 2 years. The length and business area of each placement is heavily swayed by your preferences, allowing each grad to tailor their experience to their passions.

Worst

Most employees of Anglian Water have worked there for 15+ years; as a result of this you will still be seen as a 'new' employee for the first 5 or so years of your job.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
