Best
Good people, different work all the time so it is exciting, can work in any other Isio branches across UK if travelling for something
Worst
As it is growing there can be times where as a new start those above don't have time to fully explain work to you

Be yourself, if you don't know something in the interview be curious and ask for them to explain more about it rather than trying to make up things you don't know
Lots of situation questions like tell me a time you did the right thing when there was pressure to stand by etc
