Best
Being able to help clients when they are in a difficult time in their lives and feel as though I am making a difference.

Be genuine, be yourself, let your personality come through. Irwin Mitchell look for genuine people who work well as part of a time and have something to bring in addition to being hard-working. Show you are keen to get involved in CSR etc. and have researched what the firm does on this front.
