Best
Challenging but you learn as you go, develops knowledge and get to use a lot of skills you may already have whilst learning new ones (eg modelling portfolios)
Worst
might take some time to get the hang of things, once you do it's smooth sailing, but the journey to get there might be frustrating for those who are not quick learners
