What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Although it's a small company, the clients are large. Everybody is well trusted and given the opportunity to take on new responsibilities. If you have an idea of how to change things on an engagement then you will always be listened to, regardless of your grade.

Worst

Deadlines can overlap which has potential to increase workloads a lot as they approach. Occasionally this means that you may have to work overtime for a week to meet them (however overtime can be offered back as time in lieu).

Starting salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Start: 09:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Candidates are not expected to already know everything about the industry. Capacitas are very good at seeing potential in applications so I believe it is good to show that you understand what the company does and demonstrate that you are able to pick up new skills with an attitude to learn new skills. Being able to showcase these, then the application will go a long way.
