Best
There are a lot of development opportunities. The team is supportive, and you get a lot of freedom to make decisions.
Worst
The budget for everything is smaller than it needs to be. A lot of my job depends on my team coming to work, and they often don't. Communication is sometimes lacking.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Leave your summer job from high school off the application. There are many applicants that they need to get through and they are looking for matching experience.

Be vocal and take ownership. It is easy to get lost in the crowd. They are looking for people with leadership potential. Also, know about the brand's portfolio. It will come up in the one on one interviews and you should know as much as possible.
