What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Learning agility - don't just think about what you have done, a truer reflection of your personality, drive and behaviour lies in what you had learnt or changed as a result. For this reason, don't be scared to discuss situations where the outcome wasn't favourable. If you are able to demonstrate that you now understand where it went wrong and how you would manage that again makes you more human, and in my eyes a better person to work with.

Nestle uses a strengths based interview process so I would research the difference between this and a competency based interview. Have bullets prepared around key points you wish to discuss in the STAR format - Situation, Task, Action, Result.
