Best

Real responsibility on projects and the value colleagues place on your opinions. Even though you may be new to the business - many appreciate a fresh perspective and outlook.
The relaxed culture and 'human' aspect shared with employees. The ability as a Graduate to have open and honest conversations with senior management.

Worst

Working for any large corporate sometimes can feel daunting - this company is the largest global healthcare company. So some people can find it difficult working for such a large organisation.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
