Best

Lots of variety, changing roles every six months means constantly learning new things and meeting new people. The environment in the office is always very friendly, people are always supportive and helpful and the personal development opportunities are huge.

Worst

Changing roles every 6 months can sometimes be unsettling, you almost feel like you have only just got used to one role when you are moving into another.
