What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Meeting amazing people from different parts of the world, working in an environment where others spend their free time and getting the chance to be involved in exciting projects.
Worst
Work-life balance can get a little out of balance especially in peak periods where you might work long hours, not knowing what happens next and very short-term movements.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show them your passion and why you really want to be part of this company. Merlin is a place where a positive working culture and environment are very important and they need people who can support this.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just be honest and present yourself in the best way possible. And believe in yourself - I thought in every step of the application process this was it for me because I was not good enough and in the end it still worked out.
