What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have to be prepared to work very hard. It's not all about what education you have (although that is important) it is also about the kind of person you are and your personality.
They would need to be resilient and be able to take rejection on the chin and not let it affect them.
Need to be able to interact well with new people and very personable.
Do you have any interview tips?
Bring lots of personality and enthusiasm and be fun in a professional way. Be confident and not afraid to ask any questions you might have, for example, at the end of the interview ask them if they are going to give you the job, it is a sign that you're confident in asking important questions.
