What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Great team that supports your growth and learning. Knowledge-sharing is encouraged, and they care about onboarding newcomers.
When a project is away from home, they acknowledge that this can have a negative impact on your work-life balance and they encourage flexible/remote working with the clients and their employees.
Worst
Work-life balance is difficult when you have to travel for projects away from home. You stay away from home for the week for these types of projects, but it is difficult to be away from family/friends and only being able to see them on weekends. You are basically tied to work for the week.
