What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The flexibility and great atmosphere means work doesn't feel like work. This is an IT company who invests time into their people and you can see that on a daily basis. This is shown through having the power to steer your career in the direction you wish in terms of projects and industry.
Worst
It may be easy to focus so much on your project that you do not see the bigger picture of getting the experience you need to further your career. So take ownership of your work and understand steering your projects in particular directions will help you to develop.
