What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
About the SWOT analysis of yourself, don't sweat the format too much. Some people make very creative videos/ prezis... but the most important part is the content so focus more on that.
Do you have any interview tips?
Asessment centre:
-Come the night before if you can (you don't want to be the only tired one)
-Remember the TUI values: play to win and fight for your ideas but working as a team!
-Relax and be yourself, don't try to be too formal. They want to get to know you.
-Research and learn the TUI values. They're very important during the recruiting and you should always reflect them during the asessment and it can also be good to give some examples of past experiences where you demonstrated them.
