‘The ability on the graduate scheme to rotate and have a taster of a number of different departments. You also have an immediate friendship group among the other grads and there are lots of training and team-building days organised internally. Not having a guaranteed job at the end of the 2 years of APC training. Although they do generally have jobs for everyone at the end.’
Application Advice: Outline your education, previous jobs and work experience very clearly and ensure you would be able to talk about it well. Explain what you enjoy doing in your personal time outside of education and work.
Interview Advice: Be prepared for competency questions, technical questions and market related questions. Make sure you know a lot about the company. Be yourself – Knight Frank is a people orientated company so they want to get to know you.
