The best and worst things about working for Knight Frank include;

‘Sociable industry. Grad scheme means you know people of a similar age group. Prestigious company. Friendly company where people are helpful and approachable. 4 rotations meaning you get to experience different roles within surveying along with different areas in the company. Lack of perks/benefits. Sometimes not given much responsibility.’

‘Atmosphere is friendly and supportive, strong training programmes in place and great facilities and working environment. Job is varied and with 4 rotations around the business there is an opportunity to develop knowledge in a number of areas. As you would expect, certain rotations are better than others and some parts of the business are less dynamic than others.’

‘The ability on the graduate scheme to rotate and have a taster of a number of different departments. You also have an immediate friendship group among the other grads and there are lots of training and team-building days organised internally. Not having a guaranteed job at the end of the 2 years of APC training. Although they do generally have jobs for everyone at the end.’
