What are the best and worst things about your company?
The level of responsibility I am given. Even though I am an apprentice my colleagues trust me with important tasks.I am the only apprentice in my role so there isn't the support you get from other people following the same route.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people are brilliant and incredibly supportive. As a graduate, you feel very welcomed and there is good communication from senior members of the company/individual teams. Salary could be more competitive with other firms in the industry.

Great people, chance to rotate around the firm and the chance to go out and see lots of different types of properties. Sometimes having to work long hours, having to do rotations which aren't of particular interest.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The graduate scheme means that when you start you are with a group of people who are in exactly the same position as you. There are plenty of events arranged to meet surveyors from other firms and to get to know the other graduates. The scheme allows flexibility within the rotations; more often than not if you have a specific team in mind then you can mention this and if there is a position available then you will be able to have a seat within this team. Especially if it is something that you have a genuine passion for.Depending on teams, there can be a lot of pressure put on you with it sometimes being forgotten that you are just a graduate who is learning the processes. However, this is sometimes a good thing as it means you have to learn as you go along and make decisions with confidence.
