Nucleargraduates is a ground-breaking new graduate scheme run by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Rolls-Royce, Sellafield Ltd and Magnox as well as over 20 other industry stakeholders. This two year programme consists of three secondments; in government, on-site, in the private sector supply chain or regulatory authority. 50% graduates will have the opportunity of going on an international secondment. It’s fully backed with professional support t move you towards professional qualifications with bodies such as the IMECHE, ICE, CIPD, CIM via a structured programme supported by mentors and training. On top of that you spend 10% of your time dedicated to the footprints programme- you will work with local schools, groups and businesses to give something back to the communities in which you’re based.
